Before You Start Every Job
- ✓HEPA vacuum inspected and filter checked
- ✓Dust shroud securely attached to grinder
- ✓Respirator (N95 minimum) fitted and available for all workers
- ✓Wet suppression system functional (if using wet method)
- ✓Work area cordoned off from non-workers
- ✓Exposure assessment documented for the task
- ✓Silica hazard communication poster displayed
- ✓Emergency contact information posted on site
